Recent reminder.

Last Monday (Dec 29th) Bonnie & I  were watching Drew & Tyler.  I needed to run some errands so I took Drew with me.  We stopped off at a machine shop where the van engine block was being cleaned up.  The fellow there took us around & showed Drew all of the machines.  All of a sudden I was brought back to the times when Dad would take me to "bum around".  We would go do whatever errands were on the plate, but we would always end up stopping in at Windsor Communications to see Louis Cherry & the guys.  Dad would have a coffee & Louis or Joe would get me a pop.  We'd have a good visit & then off we go. Even though we'd often barge in to interrupt a full days work they always had time to stop and have a visit form dad. Looking back that's kind of amazing when you think about it.  In all of the times we did this, I don't ever remember them once saying we're too busy for a visit from dad.
